At CorelDove Digital, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, this Refund and Returns Policy explains how we handle returns, replacements, and refunds for customers within India.


2. Eligibility for Returns

  • Products are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all packaging, tags, and accessories.
  • Certain categories (e.g., personal care items, hygiene products, consumables) may not be eligible for return due to safety and hygiene reasons. Such exclusions will be clearly mentioned on the product page.

3. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact our support team at [email protected] or through your account dashboard.
  • Provide your order ID, product details, and reason for return.
  • Once approved, our logistics partner (Shiprocket) will arrange pickup from your address where serviceable.
  • If pickup is not available, you may be asked to ship the product back to our warehouse at your own cost.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed once the returned product is received and inspected.
  • Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non‑refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
  • In case of COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or wallet credit.

5. Replacements

  • If you receive a defective or damaged product, you may request a replacement instead of a refund.
  • Replacement is subject to product availability. If unavailable, a full refund will be issued.

6. Non‑Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products marked “Final Sale” or “Non‑Returnable.”
  • Opened or used personal care and hygiene products.
  • Customized or special‑order items.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
  • We will arrange for pickup and issue a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

8. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure the product is securely packed to avoid damage during return transit.
  • Retain proof of pickup or shipment until the refund/replacement is processed.

9. Governing Law

This Refund and Returns Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
