Orders are typically processed within 24 hours of confirmation. Standard delivery across India takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. For metro cities, you may receive your order sooner, while remote areas can take slightly longer. International orders usually arrive within 7–14 business days. You’ll receive a tracking link by email or SMS as soon as your package is dispatched so you can follow its journey in real time.
Creating an account is simple and helps you track orders, save addresses, and manage returns easily.

You can update your shipping address by logging into your CorelDove account and visiting the My Account → Addresses section. If your order has not yet been dispatched, you can edit the address directly or contact our support team for assistance. Once an order is shipped, the address cannot be changed.
After your order is confirmed and dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email and SMS. Simply click the link to see real‑time updates on your shipment. You can also log into your CorelDove account and view the Orders section to track progress.
No, we do not store your credit card details. All payments are processed securely through trusted third‑party gateways that use encryption and industry‑standard security measures. This ensures your financial information remains safe and private.
Yes, all applicable taxes are included in the final price you see at checkout. We comply with Indian GST regulations, so there are no hidden charges beyond the displayed total.
Currently, CorelDove ships only within India. We are focused on serving customers nationwide with reliable delivery and support. International shipping is not available at this time.
Whenever possible, we ship all items in a single package for convenience. However, if your order contains products from different categories or warehouses, they may arrive in separate packages. You’ll still receive tracking details for each shipment so you can follow them easily.

Returns and Exchanges
We offer a 30‑day easy returns policy. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Refunds are processed quickly once the product is received and inspected.
We’re sorry for the inconvenience. If you’ve received the wrong item, please contact our support team immediately with your order details. We’ll arrange for the correct product to be shipped to you and provide instructions for returning the incorrect item at no extra cost.
If your order arrives damaged, please take a photo of the product and packaging and contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll prioritize a replacement or refund, depending on your preference, and handle the return process for you.
Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide you with the designated return address and instructions via email. Please ensure the item is securely packed and shipped using a trackable courier service for faster processing.

If you entered the wrong shipping address, please contact our support team immediately. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we can update the address for you. Once the order is shipped, we may not be able to change the address, so it’s important to notify us quickly.
Orders can be changed or canceled within a short window after submission, before they are processed for dispatch. Please contact our support team as soon as possible with your order details. Once the order is shipped, changes or cancellations are not possible, but you can still use our returns policy.
Currently, we do not offer pre‑orders for sold‑out items. However, you can sign up for restock notifications on the product page. As soon as the item is back in stock, you’ll receive an email alert so you can place your order quickly.
