Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location in India. Remote or rural areas may take slightly longer. You’ll receive tracking details once your order is dispatched.
You can return eligible products within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, in original condition, and with all packaging intact. Certain items (like personal care or hygiene products) are non‑returnable. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
If your order has not yet been dispatched, you can update your shipping address by contacting our support team at [email protected] or through your account dashboard. Once the order is shipped, the address cannot be changed.
After your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking ID via email/SMS. You can use this ID to track your shipment on the Shiprocket portal or through the “Track Order” section on our website.

Currently, we only ship orders within India. International shipping is not available at this time. We’ll announce any expansion to global markets in the future.
Whenever possible, we ship all items in a single package. However, if your order contains products from different categories or warehouses, they may arrive in separate packages. You’ll receive tracking details for each shipment.
